All products are described as accurately as possible. Our earrings are crafted from stainless steel and gold-plated materials, designed to be waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant. However, natural wear may vary by individual use and care.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout and can be made via approved payment methods. HERLUXBAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary based on location. Once shipped, HERLUXBAR is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), email us at herluxbar@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Care Instructions

To maintain your jewelry, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store in a dry place. Although our earrings are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, proper care ensures longer-lasting shine.

Privacy

Your personal information is kept secure and used only for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges at this time. (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).

Exchanges (if applicable)

At this time, we will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective of damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Pictures of defective item must be taken and sent to us at herluxbar@gmail.com as proof. In some cases, we will request that you ship the item back to us. A replacement will be shipped out via USPS First Class Shipping within 1-2 days.

Refunds(if applicable)

We will only issue refunds if the items have not yet been shipped or if we are out of stock of what was ordered, or if the customer receives a defective item and opts for a refund instead of an exchange within 7 days.
